I've got 2 Stockholm trips coming up. The first one is in about 2 weeks. I'll be there from Aug 26- 29. I'm supposed to run Tjejmilen. I'll have to walk it instead. A month ago I got the cough from hell. I wasn't exactly sick but I had this dry cough that would not go away. In fact, I still have it. I have been a lot better in the last week

Swedes are so hung on "old wives' tales" that the skeptic in me usually thinks they're joking at first when they come up with some warning and repeat it to me with a serious face. Hjärtinflammation, huh? Well you'd better play it safe... come to think of it, some of Solbritt's alternative medicine and warnings have been dead-on... hmmm.

I hope Stockholm is nice when you go down there. But if it isn't now, it should be a pretty nice place to visit in November.
