Sylar's been in the City forever (okay, that's an exaggeration, but still), but this is the first time he's talked to Solomon Goldsmith about Artemis. XD Awesome. Awkward coworker situation...not that Sylar knows that. ;) Thanks for the heads up.

And now Luke has access to many boring details that don't really say anything about the Clock, but may say something about Sylar (he talks a LOT about his various abilities in fighting monsters and poking at the barrier).

Although he doesn't usually speak about it, Xemnas is City-dead. He was on his first arrival, as a matter of fact.

It's just... it's not all that different from the life he would normally be living.

Aha, interesting. :3 And...yeah, pretty much the same for Sylar. He's dead because he wanted to be, hoping he can turn things around in the City, since it's crazier than he is. :P

Canon doesn't go into it much but basically he doesn't have a heart anymore, which, among other things means he doesn't exactly bleed much and needs less sleep then he would if he were properly human.

It's quite a place, the City.
