Доходный дом Е.М. Орлова. Авторы:  гражданский инженер Валериан Васильевич Гусев (1905-1907 ) и гражданский инженер Карл Карлович Мейбом - завершение.
Дом мне нравится красивыми пропорциями членений фасада.   Мягкая плавная линия фронтона, характерная для модерна, изящный лепной декор, все говорит о хорошем вкусе авторов.

С 1923 года по 1991 назывался проспект Майорова. Потом было возвращено историческое название.

Ah! There many beautiful buildings. I thought it was Moscow and was surprised.

I can understand that you were confused when the other person mentioned Moscow in their comment ;) I looked it up on Google Maps and this building definitely showed up on Voznesensky Avenue in Petersburg on there.:) When I lived in Moscow for 1 year in 2006 there were some nice Art Nouveau buildings there too, but they were a little bit difficult to find. I think some have now been demolished, too, but I have not been back since then. (I can understand Russian but can't type in it very well ;))

No, I'm not embarrassed . A man can be seen and the Moscow Art Nouveau building there and in St. Petersburg was not .
