JustGiving is handy - used that for my Race For Life. You can add pics and things.

Are you going for the Full Ripley, then? You'll make a delightful hedgehog, which has to be worth at least a tenner.

You are brave and awesome for doing this. And once I get paid I'll lob a few quid at you.

One thing, though -- I've heard things about Locks of Love that strike me as dodgy. E.g: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Locks_of_Love#Criticism There are other charities that make wigs for cancer patients.

Ahhh...yes, that does sound a bit wonky. Their website does mention the selling 'unusable' air, but it's pretty vague and hand-wavey about it. And I don't like the sound of the Oprah gig much. Hmm. Thanks for the heads-up (heh, I made a pun). I may do some more thorough research on that.

You are awesome, girl. Will be happy to sponsor you whatever I can manage. My great aunt died two years ago from ovarian cancer, so I know this is a worthy cause. All money for research and awareness charities is well spent money. I just wish it was used around more freely to make peoples lives that much better when suffering cancer.

I think you will look lovely with all your hair buzzed off, too.

As for sponsor sites...I'm not sure on any, but I'll be at the halloween party so I can give you it then :)
