I have no clue about the fandom or the characters so this is a very generalised comment. But I do love how you write women, how they have strength even when they have doubts and weaknesses. I like that a lot.

Another trilogy you really should read, well, this is the second trilogy, but ugh, no, FOR REALS. SO GOOD. Like, possibly my favorite pro-fic ever.

I really like how you've caught Sidonie's understanding of what has to be done while still making her worry over the issue understandable instead of hysterical. Her love for Imriel really shows well as does the fact that even though she understands his position she's willing to ignore it for the long term goals. I suspect I've probably said this before but I really like that when you write female characters they are always strong characters.

I love women. I think...I guess I think strength is often variant, and that we all have our own types. It makes me so happy that you've read all the books I've read.

So much love for the way you have written your characters. It's so good to see a well written Kushiel fanfic - I've only ever seen fic with too heavy an emphasis on the smut, it's nice to see it done right.
