*giggles* I'm of the belief that you have WAY too much time on your hands. I'll bet this is going to involve Harry, Draco, and Snape in the dungeons...
Eurgh! I almost retched reading that. Please, don't. He's so...digusting. And an asshole. I'm writing (and I say this with a bit of haughtiness since, yes, it's true) the only Law & Order: Criminal Intent/Harry Potter crossover and as it stands, Filch has been described in the following ways:
“Who’re you?” A harsh voice asked and Bobby turned back around to see a rather repulsive man with staring, accusatory eyes glaring at him. At the man’s feet stood a cat whose coat immediately brought to Bobby’s mind the dust bunnies under one of his foster mothers’ sofas. The man was brandishing a broomstick at him as though he were a stray dog.
*AND*
“Wow,” Sara said, brining the stacks of plates and flatware to the table and setting the places. “And you’re a wizard, Bobby
( ... )
I don't know, but you're certainly not the first person to ask it. :D
My guess is about three months from now, if it doesn't create a slew of things with that title. And I'm sure you won't be the first person to write a fic with that title!

BTW - is Bobby a character on Law & Order, or is he an original character?
