I thought Szayel for a little while, but I'm going to have to go with Grimmjow, too. Although he isn't very smart, he's funny as hale and I could see him being kind and paitent [if you broke him down enough]. He's also loud and always on guard. :D

I'm going to vote for Grimmjow as well, even though I think he's an absolute psychopath. He seems the best fit for your application, even if some things don't match. After all, these are the Arrancar we're talking about... I don't think any of them are particularly nice (that's just the ones I've met though).
