I think I can see Grimmjow working he wouldn't mind your "screw the rules" attitude, in fact he would admire it, he is loyal and intelligent, he isn't too quiet but he isn't overly chatty and optimistic so he wouldn't grate on your nerves. Your method of dealing with infighting also put him in mind.

Oh dear Aizen, kumo-chan, how do I decide? But, and this is really odd....I'd say either Halibel or Zommari actually. I know they're both Espada, but I'm looking at this from a technical ponit of view. Halibel seems to be the kind of person who'd agree with your logic and way of handling things, and Zommari is quiet and respectful, but not dull or annoying.
