Being in charge or supporting those in charge? being in charge
Competitive atmosphere or something more relaxed? a competitive atmosphere is good to improve but i prefer something more relaxed
Independent work or group work? it really depends on the group but if i like the members of the group i'd pick group work

Can you work well with others? normally i work well with others
Do you enjoy working with others? I enjoy working with with people who are open-minded but I really hate to work with people who are rude and impatient
How good are you at following directions? i'm very stubborn and i like to lead, i'm not very good at following directions
If your role was replaced with someone “better suited” than you, how would you react? i'll kill him and take back my place XD
