My first thought was that adults should not be the recipient of the phrase "Because I said so." Parents are starting to decrease the usage of this phrase on their children for fear of harming their little (for now) egos. This is true. Since so many parents give in to their child(children)'s demands instead of putting their foot down like my parents did when I was little. Mom use to say when we wanted something, "that it doesn't hurt to want."

i hate that phrase. Also: "Why?" "Z." That's what my wife used to loathe...
