Kurt, meanwhile, is a good little lookout, keeping watch while she does her thing. Because watching other things is better than watching Ara when she does the I, Robot thing
( ... )
Arabelle is thankful beyond measure at Kurt being a lookout. She honestly doesn't care if she's watched, but she can't really pay too much attention to the "outside" world when she's immersed in that large, and that deep of a network.
It takes her a minute or two, but she's again standing, sticking the laptop in her bag after turning it off. She dusts off her pants, too. "Tell me about it. The names're just the gorram beginning. I wouldn't be suprised at how deep this shit runs." She also retracts the cord back into her wrist, making sure she's leaving *NOTHING* behind.
Yeah. This ticks her off, you could say (Nexus Neutrality be damned, this is some serious next level shit). Ara's PINned to this world several times as well, getting a lay of the land as best she can on the ground. Making sure it's at least identacle to her own New York, in case they need to make a getaway.
Plus, it gives her an idea of the technology level she's dealing with. Good thing it's fall-ish, a lady in a longcoat doesn't exactly stand out too much.
"Monday, then? The execs usually have a meeting at 10:30 in the morning. They'll all be together in the board room, and then most of the secretaries run over to Starbuck's, so I really can't think of a better time to blow up the CEO's office."
If they can do this without killing people, that'd sure be nice. Mua ha ha ha, blow up the CEO's office!
Ara hopes they can, to be honest. Killing people sucks. "Monday sounds about as good as it'll get for me." Whether this actually goes down on an IRL monday, well, we all know the glories of timehasnomeaningyaye.
"And woo, explosives." She grins, just a bit.
..You know, she might be pondering firing up one of the stolen Bladers.
However, it's dismissed after a moment of thought, because, you know. ...She has no idea if she can PINpoint something that large. "Here's hopin'."
'hopin'' more than one thing. That this isn't going to go HORRIBLY WRONG or something.
