Yes and the fact that they are cunts or to put it without swearing Obliviocalypse. I accept that they might make a good game, but it's not Fallout and it's not for two reasons- They failed to approach the original designers of the game, which not only should have been a common courtesy it would have stopped the second reason, they have ignored then alienated then repetitively insulted the fan base of the original games. Intelligent companies offer either exclusive content or first looks to major fan sites these days, Pete Hines who's some sort of marketing director or in charge of PR or someshit for Bethesda Decides that only the "true" game journalists such as the lets giveaway free blowjobs to any developers of AAA titles variety (see gamespy or any online game journalism), should be covering Elder Scrolls V: Fallout.
