I did work it out with my physical therapist to only go in once a week for the first two weeks of therapy, while we are doing the stretching and gentle strengthening portion of the PT. On week three, we move to resistance strengthening and she wants me to either come twice a week for two weeks or once a week for four weeks, as it will require
