So at work we're having the Chili cookoff contest, and well, I think I took it a little TOO seriously. Thank god for Top Chief (Hosea), Chef Mike (Kitchen on Fire for all the cooking classes), and well, a whole lot of determination

The look on my face when he brought it, after describing that I wanted the cooked ones... I couldn't imagine sending him back with meat that was carrying for 15 minutes up a hill in heat. I doubt they could sell them.
All in all, I think it worked out better since Wholefoods sometimes lets their ribs sit too long. So it was an expensive chili with a set of $18 ribs...
