Well, we have made it to New Haven, and have started to settle in. All our stuff is unpacked, or at least as unpacked as it can be without furniture. Getting furniture in the apartment has been a little difficult since we only have my car (a large sedan) to carry it in, and no good parking spot close to the apartment building. 1) Utah is pretty incredible, I agree. I think the San Rafael Swell (that area where you travel on I-70 through the gorgeous mesas and canyonlands, the one that's the only place in the world I've actually SEEN one of those "No services next 110 miles" signs :P) is one of my favorite places ever.

2) How on earth can you not sleep with lightning and thunder?!? Best. Weather. Ever :P

Well, mostly cause it's loud. I rather like the weather as well, but it's a tad loud for sleeping.
