It is, it is; although if it starts telling me it wants to put its head in a bucket of water I shan't be surprised.
Found a reasonable prepaid on The Wrong Network, then (unexpectedly) that an unlocked version was available. Solved a lot of problems.
Mind you I'm starting to see why people spend so much time fiddling with them... they are fun, but too big for pockets, so you end up with them in your hand all the time.
Enjoying readable text sizes and the GPS function but :) took it for a spin in the forest today & it worked pretty well, even with no "bars" of reception. Better than our old Garmin, in any case :) haven't worked out how to make it cough up map co-ordinates though.
