i just decided to do a little walk through on how i color my drawings with one of my Onii-chan Gachi drawings xD or rather, my recent way of coloring that i've been doing. i've gone back to using Crayola colored pencils to color again since i got a giant set from my dad a while back. they're probably the best cheap colored pencils you can get to

I think the difficult part of art is figuring out where the shadows and stuff should go and choosing the colors to achieve it. I love the way you do shadows! You must've spent alot of time practicing it ^_^ Kindda makes me wanna draw too~

yeah...i'm not professional artist, so that's why i can't really give any advice on shading and stuff haha, i kind of just shade where i think there should be shadows. there's lots of guidelines and tutorials for that online that would explain much better than i can xD

drawing has been a hobby of mine as i grew up, so yes, i did get lots of practice. i haven't been able to draw as much as i used to due to real life and also lack of inspiration, but now that i'm out of school, i have more time to spend my weekends to draw things, even though it's mostly fanart nowadays and not so much original art xD i've even reverted back to drawing in a CLAMP inspired style, which was my favorite style to draw in back in the days when i first started drawing anime style.

I used to love CLAMP too when I was in school XDD It is difficult to keep up with hobbies isn't it ^_^

i love their old style of drawing, it was so detailed and soft and flowy. yes, especially as you become an adult, you have less time to do things that you like haha...but lately i feel like i've been doing more artwork because of fandom haha xD
