two posts in one day~~!! woah, when was the last time i did that? like...maybe 2 or 3 years ago haha. so in the past, you can usually tell when i really like a drama, because i would blog about every single episode as it aired, but i just didn't have time to do that for 49, and i thought i would just take some time to write a post on what i thought ( Read more... )

49 definitely was the best late-night drama aired in this time slot in 2013. Though I haven't watched BBJ aha! Shinryouchuu could have ranked first but it was emotionally tiring and the ending was awfully disappointing and then I don't even know why I watched Kamen Teacher until the end xD

The plot, the cast, everything was close to perfection! My only complaint would also be about the fact that they could have focused on side characters like Mana or Shogo a bit more...

Oh you didn't like Sprout? I usually also don't like "super cheesy love" stuff at all but I don't know, I was kind of in the mood for that when the drama was aired and I ended up liking it very much xD

Can't wait for Shark now ♥

i haven't seen Shinryouchuu. was that the one with Sanapi and Goro and Takada Sho? BBJ was just another one of your fighting dramas xD Kamen Teacher was...kind of boring actually, to be honest haha, but i finished it cuz Kishi Yuta was in it and he's one of my top favorite Jrs haha. of course i love Taiga and Jesse too, so they were pretty much what kept me watching, but story-wise, it's just your typical yankee delinquent drama xD ( ... )

Yup! Also Nozawa, Juri and Senga! And I just remembered Maika was also there! I also finished Kamen Teacher mostly because of Kishi though he didn't appear that much aha!

To be honest, as long as I can hear Kamichan and Shô even if the story is very bad, I'll be happy xD

I feel like I wrote this XD really! is what I think about 49 ='D specially all about Yasui, I feel very proud of him, He is my bias and I really didn't expect much from him when he was announced to be part of Sprout's cast, I don't mean that I thought he was going to do it wrong! I thought he would be normal, I have enjoyed each of his roles, Arata, Koike, Kenjirou and Kenta, but there was always that doubt in me because he is my bias and this perhaps made me see that he is really a good actor when maybe he isn't, I'm glad you think the same as me ^_^

Yasui-kun definitely is very natural in his acting, especially when he's acting as a high school student. i find it funny though cuz he's like 4 years too old to be a high school student anymore haha, but he still just blends in anyway cuz he looks so young xD

That was the first time I watched Yasui in anything that wasn't a butai, but I m not sure of his acting because... he is just so naturally goofy xD wasn't he also starring a bit as himself ? lol ( ... )

i've seen Yasui-kun in all of his other roles in this timeslot and i think he's really natural. and i think NTV probably loves him since he's the Jr that's been in the most roles in this timeslot. i'm hoping we get to see him in a starring role soon to see his true potential.

i do agree that parts of the ending was a bit disconnected from the rest of the story. like that random ending that thy gave Tera kind of didn't really make sense lol. like how can he afford to be playing tennis and dying his hair if he was that poor?

i don't hate Maika, but i don't like her role that much, because in the end, she still never really apologized for saying all those mean things to him. it's always papa-this, papa-that for her.

Shori definitely deserves an award though. he was absolutely brilliant, playing two completely opposite roles. it was beyond what i had expected of him.

Oh wait I feel stupid! I watched Bad Boys J lol so it wasn't the first time. Yeah, and he is back for Kamen Teacher SP! I m happy he is getting many works ^^

Oh I don't hate her, I mean that I can't stand her characters in drama. haha lol wasn't one of her last sentence '' If only your father was here ?'' xD

Tennis I don't know, but I can see him I dunno...Keeping money to change his haircolor or something, so he could keep up apparences...Act as a prince...

oh yeah, i heard about the Kamen Teacher special~ :D i can't wait!

well i think equipment would cost money to play tennis, wouldn't it? and plus, if they were that poor, wouldn't you think he would rather be working to help out his family rather than playing tennis? xD and there's nothing wrong with having black hair really, no one is going to call him old-fashioned just because he has black hair.
