Why do you not just cook and eat the annoying chickens?

He's a bantam, breed, which is about half the size of a standard chicken. Basically, they're not worth the effort or killing & plucking, when I can pick up chicken breast through the coop at work for ~$2 a lb. XP

They may not be good meat birds, but Silkies are awesome as brooders (see the previous entry about the golf ball), and lb for lb bantams are more efficient at turning feed into protein, even if they lay medium eggs at best.
