One of the roof panels on the coop (a converted greenhouse, so, plastic roof) blew off in the massive wind gusts we're getting right now. Tried to put it back on. Blew off again. Repeated 2-3 more times while waiting for my son to come back up from the barn because the bolts are rusted, and I need him inside the coop to hold a wrench on the nut,

Dang, are the chickens ok?

Yeah, they're fine. They were just cranky because a) it was noisy and b) I had to lean over some of them to hold the washers in place on the inside while Dad worked the rivets. XP

Chickens don't like it when people lean over them? Huh, you learn something new every day.

Although I guess it makes sense, since it probably triggers instincts from back when they where wild and predators would catch them.
