Hello everyone!

Me, together with kawaii_hime09   came up with some ideas for the header design of the layout for the website where all your messages are going to be on!

Please choose the one you like best from the ones below. (You can click for a bigger image!) They're not all totally different, but I've tried a few different ideas/techniques people have

i picked #3.

i was wondering about #6 ...it's beautiful but ... umm... the picture of GACKT is from the photobook and not the common advertisement/poster thingummy right? will that cause copyright problems/complications?

Legally it could. I doubt in practise we'd get in trouble for it but we would be using a copyrighted image that we shouldn't be using.

The image in the other headers is far safer for us.

For information, ALL the pictures referring to a famous person are with copyright.
The person depending where is from so depending in which country is living have a say in ALL the pictures with his face/body there if they're published anywhere in the world, but the laws change a little depending how internationals laws apply to the laws of the country.
Consequently, even a picture of GACKT-sama out at the venue made by a fan can be an infringement.
It's just a tolerance towards the use of his public image, but it's true that we have to do more attention to not use something who is in sale now as photo-books because the publisher can be not so happy and less kind than GACKT-sama.

I really like no. 6. But they are all really pretty!^^ Although I prefer Gackts picture in no. 6.
