I believe I have a small project. This is a device which supposedly turns off all electrical things with infra-red receivers. This is a sonic screwdriver. The obvious thing to do is to cram the workings of one into the other

[The problem would be space inside the case: you might be able to share batteries between the various components somehow, of course. And, of course, it would be so much cooler if you could fit it all into the sonic screwdriver housing...]
