Productive Weekend...sort of...

So the bulk of my days off has been spent doing a pretty massive update on ShatterStorm Productions. It's been LONG overdue. It's not 100% complete, but the remaining stories are far more manageable at this point, along with anything new that might be collected. And I've finally updated my fic index. It's been a year since that was last updated

I ADORE The DaVinci Code. I actually cry at the end. Every time. That song just gets me. I need to find that online...
The storyline is fascinating, although when it comes to the books I liked Angels and Demons better. One day I'll sneak into the Vatican and read all those gospels and hidden documents they don't want anyone to read. That'll be my mission.

And YES, I want a cryptix, too. They had one for sale at a bookstore in Germany last year and I was salivating against their store front staring at it.

So are you a Magdalene/Grail theorist, too? Or just like the movie and Brown's books?

I've no idea what I'd keep in a cryptix, but I think it would be neat to have one...

Hm, I'm not sure if I'd go as far as to call myself a Magdalene/ Grail theorist. I've always been interested in her story and have done some research myself before the movie came out but my interest definitely went up again afterwards. They had a lot of good documentaries that came out and my mom actually has The Last Supper hanging in the dining room. Not sure what she's trying to tell us with that one but I've grown up puzzling over it.
So I'm definitely interested enough to do more research. I find with that kind of stuff you have to be careful what you read and what you retain because there's so much stuff out there where people are wildly running off with their theories. It'd be interesting to write a thesis about that subject, actually... hmmm...

I'm just about to head home from work and watch tonight's episode of BSG and thought I'd ask for your Top 5 Laura Roslin moments. I hope that's not too vague, I haven't played this game before...
