you did an amazing job writing Roslin not quite in her right mind (not an easy POV to wrangle). I love that you've rendered Cain as a hallucination -- it's unique and fits so well. excellently structured, too: the conversation is haunting throughout, but also very clearly characterized, and then the reveal is perfect.

Very nicely done! You have Laura down pat, as well as Cain. And I liked the prophecy, although it turned out to be a little too late in this case. I liked Cain's denial of having someone she cared about. I wasn't expecting the phone call to be what it turned out to be.
