Cleanly written, with an interesting setup. The different voices work, which I'm somewhat in awe of, and I'm curious to see what happens next. (Even if I'm not familiar with all the fandoms.)
Thank you! We really work hard to keep all of the POVs unique in the story. Not everyone likes this method, so it's nice to know that there are people that do.

It's definitely a tool that you have to use deftly. I'd imagine that it works best when you're trying to explore a situation and people, rather than going deep into a person and how they change and react to events. I'd guess it could really work as an impressionistic tool among other things. Certainly you manage to use it introduce a rich setting whilst not expositioning at the reader.
It's a very different style, and I'm fairly certain my brain would split in twain (if not more parts) if I tried to imitate it. :)

We love writing in first person for the immediacy and the that that it's so character-driven, which what the vast majority of our stories end up as.
