Limewire sucks. Use torrents, or Frostwire if you like the Limewire format.

I actually liked Limewire for the most part. And I have this weird kneejerk trust issue with torrents, so have never used them, and honestly probably never will. Frostwire, hunh? Okay, maybe I'll give that a shot.

Frostwire is an opensource equvilant of Limewire, so it looks/feels fairly similar.

And torrents are way less virusy than direct p2p ;)

Ack! I'd misplaced this comment in my inbox. [I should really clean that out more often, I guess *g*]

I'll look into Frostwire for the honestly rare occasions that I go look for something to test it out before we buy it.

I haven't found any issues so far re: viruses on the direct p2p stuff, but I heard way too many horror stories re: torrents. Plus? I just don't get them...
