You didn't know about the bomb this season that basically caused what started as tinnitus, but ended up being middle ear damage [which was implied to have been done by Nick's abuse]? Or about the fire last season that had Calleigh and Ryan having smoke inhalation damage [worse for Calleigh than for Ryan]?
