New to LJ

Well LJ this is my first entry...and right now I am feeling very exhausted by all this work I had to do to get a journal. Well my first question about this is how do we get our journal to be so small? So if yall don't mind telling me about LJ its cool. Oh yea I like to make friends...so hit me up some time.
