Walking into the FSK Mall today reminded me of why I don't like shopping for pretty things: I don't come off as a "pretty person". I come off as that "jeans-and-a-t-shirt" kind of person. I'm the "throw the clothes on" kind of person. I'm the kind of young woman that will look decent in drab clothes but awkward in something that would be considered

Honey, ANYONE can have a dressy air. It's all about confidence! If you can be confident about what you're wearing, you'll project the right kind of "air." I'm the same way as you, my default mode is: cargo pants, t-shirts, flip flops, so I know what it's like to not think of your own self as a "pretty person." But you're an actor, you know that there's so many more subtler things going on than initial feelings/reactions.

And Hot Fuzz is good, British-humor fun.
