a) I kept running across you in other journals on my FL so I asked Erica if you were more or less normal and she said yes so I asked you if I could add you. And you are more or less normal.
b) I associate you with the color blue. Sometime you are down and it is a sad blue and other times you are on fire about an issue and it is a vibrant blue.
c) I like how introspective you are.
d) I don't think I've known you long enough or been reading your LJ long enough to really have a memory of you. Plus, I haven't met you in person to have one of those classic stories I have with others on my FL.
e) What got you started being so serious about the gym and working out? Was it one event or a culmination of things?
a) I believe it was after my first visit to Chicago when I met you and Cindy. You guys were very hospitable to me and I enjoyed talking to you both about your travels and different topics.
b) I always associate you with martial arts. You are probably the only person I know seriously involved in them and I always think about you when I hear anything related.
c) I like how much you love your dogs and that you are a great pet owner.
d) Breakfast at your old place when I had Patrick with me on a visit.
e) What one thing scares you the most about having a child now?
b) is funny since now, thanks to my injury last December, I've been out. I'm probably going to start aikido at some point, but there are a lot of balls in the air right now.
e) My declining portfolio. :-) I still worry a great deal that I'm going to accidentally break her, though now that is more of a concern on a psychological level than a physical one.
a) I'm pretty sure I added most of you after that first Chicago visit for me but I may be misrembering. I do know I added you because I loved your sense of humor and wonderful laugh after I did meet you.
b) I associate you with shoes. I can't walk past a great pair of shoes without thinking JANE.
c) You have a giant kind heart.
d) The first Christmas party I went to at your place and Santa Homer.
e) If you could live anywhere at all...cost wasn't an issue...where would it be?
f) I'm partial to the ones with Cosmo in them. They just make me smile.
a) That anonymous journal stuff is how I remember it as well.
b) I promise you this is the sappiest thing I'll probably write all day today so be prepared. Whenever I hear anybody talk about their sister I think of you and L and T (C...not so much) and how close you guys are and the loyalty that is there and I'm envious. So in a weird way, I associate you with sisterhood.
c) I like the way you parent your kids, the way you treat your friends, the way you tackle your writing/job and the way you can make almost any situation funny.
d) This is way easy. The night Peter "fell" and had to go to the hospital via ambulance.
e) What do you hope AJ and Hannah remember most about you when they are older and you are gone?
f) The one of you and AJ where you are smiling and your head is kinda tilted back. Great picture of Mom and Son.
a) I friended you because after nagging you forever to get an LJ you finally did then you whined you had no friends... :o)
b) Tomatoes.
c) For the most part, I like that you are more concerned with making other people happy than you are yourself. This backfires on you at times but overall it is a good thing.
d) Do you remember when we were ending things I walked in on you in the downstairs bedroom and you were on your knees praying and I made fun of you and said to you "Good luck with that because it doesn't work" and you kept right on with your prayer? I think about that often and how you never gave up on me and our marriage. That is a memory I have of you.
e) I think I know everything about you so I'm good here. :o)
