*calms a little*

So I can give birth and just drop it at the temple door?

. . .

It's your body, your responsibility, and therefore ultimately your decision. If that's what you want to do, then... well. It's probably for the best.

On the other hand you're guaranteeing that this child grow up to become another minion of that lot.

I still feel really detached from it as a person.. . will that ever change?

*shrugs*

It usually does. It did for me. I pretty much convinced myself I despised Morno until he was born. Then he was just the best thing ever.

But then that situation was slightly different.

No... although half-maia's pretty close in technical terms. But yeah. Either way, it's not nearly as worrying a predicament as this.

.. . .

What do you suppose the chances are of it being born looking like some kind of gremlin? :S

. . .

... Slim?

Right. Adding 'Potential Gremlin Features' under the list of reasons FOR adoption.

That would be a put-off really, for breastfeeding, etc.

Yeah... that kind of goes without saying... :S

Still, it will be half-elf so that should have some impact.

Even so, 'a face only a mother could love' carries NO weight with me.

Well. There's always adoption, as I've said... and it's also your choice. If you really don't think you could cope with this... well... you could probably discuss the matter with Estë.
