I'm job searching again. I can't take this. It seems like a great deal, but all the amazing benefits in the world are frelling worth this. I'll stick it until my glasses are paid for (I'm not a moron!) but I'm going to start putting feelers out there and working a job that doesn't give me nightmares and more stress than I already have

Just one nightmare, but it was horrible; I took off someone's admission orders in a total haze, saw that they had a type and screen ordered, saw that labs had been done in the ER, and forgot to call the Blood Bank to confirm that he had a sample typed. I couldn't sleep that night for terrors that he would desperately need a transfusion, and no one could find the phlebotomist -- (totally skipping the fact that the docs can request emergency release of 0neg, but still). THe first thing I did when I came in the next day was call the Blood Bank and confirm that he had a type & cross -- he did.

The dreams where I stab J-lady to death with 2mm steel knitting needles...those aren't nightmares. :)
