Long time no post, again! I'm getting bad at this. Well, there's much to account for, but all in all whatever events I mentioned in my last post that have already transpired (save for Beats Antique, which I missed tonight. boo) were FABULOUS. Especially the A Hawk and a Hacksaw show, where Adrienn and I got to meet/chit-chat with the band members

This won't be helpful, just anecdotal, haha.

You remind me of my auntie Jen. I remember her always asking for World Peace on her Christmas list when I was younger, doing lots of activist-related duties, she also took Journalism in post secondary and changed her mind after editing a newspaper for a year. She started teaching yoga (and still does) and then she started her own business selling environmentally friendly cleaning products. She decided that she could make the world a better place by providing such a service, as opposed to being a revolutionary.

So I think, whatever you choose to do, it's totally possible and all the power to you =]
