I have to say, that the more political news I read and the more I study the issues within politics in different parts of the world, I am further convinced that I live in a prettier--maybe only slightly less evil--version of Orwell's 1984 world. Seriously.

I get sick of the news a lot and go through phases where I pay attention to it and then don't. It's just a such useful outlet for anything.
