it isn't difficult. at least for me. i'm able to just forget about cigarettes hidden in my bag and live without them till the nearest end-of-term examinations. i keep my fingers crossed.

ahh smoking. I started around 13 as well. I stop every now and then but I always come back. I feel your pain.
