When I hear phrases like "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" and "civil union" the next thing that comes to mind is "Separate but Equal."

How long is it going to take before this country recognizes that Separate is Inherently UNEQUAL, not just in education, but in all things.

AMEN!!!!!! I completely agree with this statement. NO ONE can choose who they fall in love with. I heard a wise person once say, "You fall in love with the person, then check the hardware."

Life is good. Work mostly. And television and sleep and a side of dope wars. I feel old. I miss college. :)

But work is good. These people are insane. Makes the day go by faster.

I never have time to get on here anymore, but I was reading an article about how 9500 people have been discharged from the military since 1994 due to the "Don't Ask Don't Tell" policy which is so obviously discrimitation that it blows my mind. So I had to post and then bitch for 20 minutes to Julie, my "office partner".
