Safety Suit is Trying to Kill Me

So the band Safety Suit has this song 'What If' that makes me feel so many things I can't even really begin to describe them all. Other than the tears. There is so much crying!! LOL That being said I'm going to share three videos with you featuring this song with three different fandoms and three different couples.

First up: Supernatural Sam/Dean

I've never heard of that band before or heard their music but wow, that one song is so fitting across multiple fandoms!

The Sam/Dean one was lovely. I don't usually care for talking/dialogue in music vids but that one used it well and to a great effect. The story of their feelings across the (first 4) seasons unfolded well.

The Malec vid was short but sweet and extremely well put together. The quotes on the screen added a nice touch. From the Trailer I knew what Alec looked like but I think there was only a very small clip of Magnus so it was nice to see more of him.

And then of course the Dasey. What can I say about that vid? The longing looks, the UST, all captured so well.

It was fun to watch these and compare the vids and couples using the same song as background, hon!

I'd only ever heard of Safety Suit thanks to Youtube vidders. I love their stuff. It's very emotional.

For being 3 completely different fandoms the song does work for all of them, huh?

There are a ton of bands/musicians I had never heard of until I watched some fan video on YouTube. It's a great way to discover new music, isn't it?
