Writer's Block: You Wouldn't Understand

"Chuck it!" It just means "stop it!" or "give it a rest!", but I only ever seem to hear my parents (and me) using it. I assume it's a Glasgow thing that they just don't say here.

Chuck it! I say it all the time!
Then again I am in NE Scotland so it's not that much of a shock :P

In my neck of the woods we use "Chuck it." as a kind of slang for "Throw it."
I like the Glasgow usage, though. =P

It's the same here, which is why people are so confused when I say it. "Chuck what??"
