I'm often very fond of minor characters, but Dino never really left an impact on me. But I haven't caught up with Reborn since the whole Spanner bit, so I guess I'll find out later.

Japan = Parco Folgore + Hisoka.
America = Kamina + Soubi (WTF GAR PEDO)
France = Keroberos + LEERON + Vash
UK = Rivalz + Junta + FREAKING SASUKE

I loved Dino because every chapter he was in was crack-filled and I find his klutzyness adorable. (And he made random Shakespeare references) Aww, I love Spanner but I don't know why. Maybe because he kidnapped Tsuna and took of his clothes and handcuffed him.

Hisoka scares me to no end. I hope he can make a not so flamboyant voice for Japan.
I think Kamina is perfect for America ... but Soubi... who knows maybe he has a thing for the shouta looking Baltic States. He is taking care of Lithuania.
