It's time to rant!!

Intelligence.. is it something you show, or possess? That's a question i've been debating with myself for quite some time. One of my pet peeves, are people who feel the need to use as many big words as possible to try to get the point across that they know english well. Who really gives a shit? I know a lot of big words, but i try not to use

That was quite a rant ... one that I feel I am partially responsible. This is my rebuttal (somewhat) ... True sometimes people (like myself) use a gross amount of big words. But in my defense, it is mainly to set the mood, and the environment to which I want my readers to feel. To say "that flower smells nice" as apposed to "that flower is wafted of a lovely fragrance of civility and angelic grace" has a big difference to what the reader would care for the environment portrayed. And I often use more obscure words to exaggerate the story as well ... there is comedic value too to a certain extent

well,well my dear so nice to finally see you with a fire under your ass! that was the best (albeit most insulting) thing i have come across on this live journal deal yet...ill keep my words brief and small so as not to piss you off......but.....heh you kick ass my boy.
