Give her a few more days. If she still treats you that way than you need to remind her that you are her manager and that she needs to follow store policies and that when you ask her to do something, unless there's an issue with it, she needs to do it. Not like in a harsh way, in a nice way. I know that kind of thing never does come off nicely but she does need to realize that you are her boss whether she likes it or not and regardless of the fact that she has been there longer, she still should give you respect.
