Well, I have that sort of hazy association with the Bible that one has with Shakespeare...which may or may not be helpful. What sort of input are you looking for?

Let me give it some thought--quotes I can do. Back to you...

It would seem you have better sources than I here, but let me toss out some verses for what they are worth--you never know what might grab your fancy among the offerings here (from NIV Bible ( ... )

Well, I had to read certain parts of the Bible for a few classes last semester so I may or may not be helpful. Depends on what you need.

Stuff on the nature of evil and god and not man judging you in the end. here's what I wrote to Madison, for details: http://argosy.livejournal.com/94799.html?thread=1486927#t1486927

Well, about 9 years of steady church going and one old testament class, one new testament class, and one 'life of holiness' class as an undergraduate probably means I'm your girl when it comes to the bible. What's your question?

Okay dokay, I'm going to give it a bit of thought and some research and I'll get back to you. But I've already got some ideas. Just to be clear - no eye for an eye stuff, but something that is in line with 'God will judge the wicked', something where God judges but employs others to do his work?

Sorry, can't be of much help with the Bible thing (read it as a child, but my knowledge is way rusty by now.)

And I'm totally reading mcshep_match! \o/ (I'm only 8 stories or so behind, but I'm determined to catch up asap.)

Yeah, I'm reading fic instead of doing the work I desperately need to do. :( But I'm trying.

I feel a little weird commenting on the stories in mcshep_match, since it's a piece of evidence that I didn't write it. I also felt that my story (which may or may not be up) was totally obviously mine. But probably people don't usually read one author enough to pick up on favorite words and phrases and stuff like that.

See, now I wouldn't have known that your story which may or may not be up was yours, and I'm a pretty careful reader of your work, so I guess it's harder than it seems?

Heh -- then, there are those who comment on their own fics. Er. Not that I would ever, ever do such a thing. *coughs*
