1. Is your character a supernatural being in any way? If so, what are they? (Actually supernatural, not sufficiently advanced technology for example)

2. Would you be able to see/hear Annie? Only spiritually sensitive people and/or supernatural beings can see her at all times.

3. Would you be able to identify Mitchell as a vampire

Enjolras, Takeuchi Sora, Van Grants and Rorschach are all normal humans who are not spiritually sensitive/supernatural. They are all very observant, though, so they might pick up on any clues that a normal person could see regarding vampirism/werewolf...ism.

Maladict is a vampire. He would be able to see/hear Annie. And he would so be able to identify the others and already dislikes George without even meeting him.

Tatsumi is a shinigami. He would be able to to see/hear Annie. He wouldn't be able to identify Mitchell or George by supernatural means, but he's been working at investigating supernatural mysteries for over half a century now, so he would probably be inclined toward figuring things out, were any clues presented.
