This is the best Charlie story I've read yet. I love Charlie, I love Charlie/Hiro and the presence of Charlie/Hiro in all these timelines, and I love that you incorporated Claude (even as a Company operative) and the Haitian, who absolutely deserves a name. I'm really pleased with the bond between Charlie and the Haitian in the timelines where they know each other. And I'm so glad there's at least one timeline where having real friends made a difference for Elle. I hope Charlie actually did get to live a non-Company life past the end of at least one of these scenarios, because these are all so heartbreaking and ominous. All of these alternate timelines are so complex and brilliant, I could easily read a full-fledged story in any of them - I'll have to come back later and comment in more detail!
