Unitarianism! Sue and I thought about trying the local one here, but it's around 25 minutes away so I haven't gone. Let me know if I should make a bigger effort! -- Mom

You can go hang out with Zach Wahls! XDDD Church is basically a social thing anyway: take out the Christianity/Catholicism/cult-craziness and it'd be a pretty cozy way to form a community. I bet you'll like it. Not that I have any time - my community is anime/conventions - but I think if I did, I'd try it myself.

I did, and have been twice now. They have a ton of activities going on and stuff if I want to get more involved. I'm gonna try to keep going, even if I do get bored during some of the service (silent meditation is not for me). As suspected, they are way too nice, which can be a little uncomfortable when trying to extract oneself from conversation, but on the whole I recommend them.
