I should probably put a disclaimer for lousy dialog here somewhere.

As I have previously mentioned, I've been collecting (most of) the One Piece Strong World Portrait of Pirates figures. The last of them arrived a little while ago, which was great because it meant suit!Zoro and suit!Chopper were ready just in time for the Christmas party.

Dad, it's okay if you skip everything but the last picture. )

LJ ate my comment! Here it goes again.

Your decorations look awesome! I feel like you should get an award for your decoration skills or something.

I'm very impressed by your felt-ing skills. How did you make Chopper's tiny nose?? And you didn't hot glue the figures directly, right?

Thank you! But trust me, there are people who go far, far more out for Christmas decorating than I do.

Chopper's nose is just a cicle of red felt I stuck over his blue nose. I used blue sticky-tack to put it on. Comes right off, and even if there's a little residue rubbing alcohol will take care of it no problem.

No hot glue on the figures, of course! You wouldn't have asked if you could see them in person; I keep accidentally knocking all the hats off whenever I try to move something or add lights or whatever. And Zoro's earmuffs are staying on courtesy of a twist tie hidden inside the felt. ^-^

Wasn't it hard to cut such a tiny perfect circle? I'm still amazed by your ingenuity.
