I finally finished it! I've been thinking about this video for almost a year and planning it out in my head, and it's finally finished! I made a Honey and Clover music video to the song "Falling Slowly" by Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova from the movie ONCE. It's not actually the movie version of the song, it's the version they recorded on the

What FCP version did you use? Your video is so clean and the resolution so clear! I'm envious!
NEWS is coming out with a new single? Wow. All Yamapi ever do these days is whine. Lol.

Final Cut Pro? I didn't use Final Cut Pro. I used Windows Movie Maker. The video's not as clean as it was when I was working on it. But it's probably because I used the high resolution RAWs. ONLY RAWS. I have a peeve about people using subbed videos for MV's.
I dunno when NEWS is coming out with a new single, but it should be soon, right? Haha, he does. He's too bored.

If I want to screencap or use clips for videos (which I never have, but I want to), then softsub is ideal, but they run the processor a little harder right? And my processor is old, slow, and disgruntled. :(

Ah, yes, the clip is really clear! What is it? I need help. I cannot get uploaded clips to stay the good quality as on my computer (I use DVD clips). Although that doesn't deter me from continuing to create fan MVs, but it's disappointing that others see it in worse-for-wear. Maybe it the saving part that I do wrong (I use WMM or Pro show). What final saving options did you use?

I saved it for playback on the comp because that's what I was doing it for. I just used the regular settings. I think it's the RAW files, though. The RAW files are incredibly high quality. The video actually looks a little worse than it did when I was working on it because it's compressed now.
Do you rip the DVD's yourself? I don't really know about DVD rips, but try to get the absolute best quality you can. I recommend an external hard drive for this. And if you're making music videos, please use the RAW files with no subs. It bothers me so much to see a music video with subs. Especially when the subs are taken from different languages. XD

Hmm, yeah, the save for computer playback, the first option for best recommendation version. All the regular settings I use too. Aww, I can't transfer it over in the same clearness (I know, quality reduces, but...it reduced so much :( ). Unless..maybe it's the initial options...err, but I guess there isn't any to choose from. I thought DVD files are pretty good, so I assume it should be fine. Don't know if I can be bothered getting all the RAWS just to redo a couple of fanvids. Ah...oh well. Maybe I'll work out what I've been doing wrong one day. Thanks anyway.
Oh yes, subs for a music fanvid doesn't look right at all. That is why I use the DVD.
