Ahahah, "one track mind" is totally understandable when it come to kitties :D

So, Spencer takes his nap inside the house. The sofa is soft, the air is not too hot and there's a sunray that hits the sofa cushion just so. Or, well, he used to take his nap inside

Speaking of BBB, There are so many beautiful stories and I have so little time that I've kind of fallen behind. Good thing that Summer has just begun.

Good lord, I agree with this statement so much. Every time I refresh the page, I just scroll down and stare at all the possibilities. I don't remember bigbang being this...crazy last year.

Also, your art is amazing. Really. I wish I could draw that well.

Right? Last year it was way more relaxed. I don't remember feeling overwhelmed by the sheer amount of stories being posted. It's like an avalance of awesome and I don't think I can get out of its path...

Kitties: I love them to pieces, but getting their different voice right is way harder thanI thought /o\. Brendon and Spencer are easy-ish, but Ryan is kind of a little pest.

WASP!!!

Um... bff, bff.... let's see... Brendon had been living here for a 3 days when he managed to make friends with the stray cat Ryan's been pining for in no time. This is stressing Ryan out. He's been trying to impress Jon - it took Ryan two weeks to find out his name - for months now and Brendon just had to say "Hi, I'm Greta's new cat. Wanna be friend?". It is not fair. Ryan makes sure to tell Spencer on a daily basis. Spencer thinks that Ryan is an idiot. If he wanted to hang out wih Jon so much, he should have gone and striked up a conversation, like Brendon did. Except that Spencer is an idiot, too. He has nothing against Jon, but why would Brendon spend all his time with him? Doesn't Brendon like to spend time inside the house with Spencer and Ryan? He gets that stray cats have that roguish appeal, but house cats are cool too, right? Why is Brendon always talking about how "Jon did this" and "Jon said that" and "OMG Jon is so cool". Well, Spencer is cool too, okay? Spencer is a Persian. He's a Persian and he can play with

Spencer is a purr-inducing Persian! He's the coolest Persian ever and it's just sad that Brendon doesn't get it. Ryan is of the opinion that if Spencer would just stop being so fierce, maybe Brendon wouldn't be so afraid of approaching him. Ryan has known Spencer since forever, and he knows that Spencer is actually a ball of fluff (Ryan still remembers what Spencer looked like when he was just a couple of weeks old, all round and fluffy and stubby-legged), but he also knows that the other kittens used to make fun of him and so he started this fierceness business to get them to leave him alone. Except that now it is proving to be counterproductive to Spencer's dreams of lazy snuggling sessions/yarn ball sharing/tongue bathing with Brendon. Also, if Brendon were busy doing all that with Spencer, Ryan could sweap in and impress Jon with his bendy tail.
