I'm so glad you spoilered this for me, because I stopped following this manga a while ago because of where I could sense they were going. ;_; I could feel that something like this was coming, and I didn't want to see it, because I really wanted these two to be together, too. I figure they deserve it, after all they went through for one another. So, thanks and please know that I'm right there with you on this. *hands tissues*
It's so not cool T-T the only way I can comfort myself is by thinking that Doumeki is probably going to reincarnate or somehow reach out to Watanuki from the other side or something. He can't be completely gone.
