So today I noticed that, so far, many of my days at Blizzard have been marked by specific things. For instance, yesterday was the Day of AOL Email Addresses. Before Monday, I had never dealt with a customer who had an AOL email address. That day, I dealt with 12 customers with AOL email addresses. Today was the day of Nonverifiable Names. I

yeah don't worry about it too much when you make mistakes at first, you'll learn. I've made plenty so far but as long as you learn from them (and I'm sure you will) you'll be okay. at least you're not a moderator. wa wa we wo.

Yeah, I've done the moderator thing before for GW. Not that interested in doing it again, heheh.
